You just need to make sure that you stick with the measurements until the wedding day itself. Try to stay away from binging too much because the next thing you know, the dress would not fit you anymore.
You also need to make sure that you coordinate well with your wedding organizers. You cannot just buy a wedding dress without knowing the details of the wedding. You need to make sure that the dress you will be wearing will match the location and the theme of the wedding. If you will be having a beach wedding, make sure that the dress will be beach-friendly.

Always remember that the wedding gown is already good by itself. Do not allow your jewelry and accessories to overpower your wedding dress. The more details and accessories, the less attractive it will turn out. When it comes to wedding dresses, less is more so do not try to overdo the crystals and the huge flower laces as you do not want to be the wedding cake's extension.
